Barolo
This Nebbiolo based red wine with brilliant red color is the height of Italian red wines. Barolo engulfs raspberry and truffle aromas, this powerful wine is highly tannic, full bodied, and absolutely age worthy, offering deep flavors to the palate. This well-balanced wine can be served alone or with any hearty meat or pasta dish. Aging of 6 months recommended. (40 grams of oak)
Marjolais
A dry, fruity wine of excellent character. It is rich flavour and aroma marry earthy tones with plum and fruit flavours. Excellent young, its character develops quickly with a few months aging.
Cabernet / Merlot Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
make an excellent union of grapes. Merlot is light in tannin and produces a smoother and softer wine, which evolves quicker than single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon wines. This Wine has become very popular in the past few years, and is recommended as a must try. Serve with pasta, meats and cheeses; it is also great with charbroiled steak! Recommend 6 months aging. Cabernet Sauvignon
This brilliant ruby red wine has a complex aroma, with hints of red currants, field berries and subtle spices. You will find these same elements balanced with tannins in its flavour. This dry wine is excellent young, however, it benefits from a few months aging. Recommend 6 months. (40 grams of oak)

Chianti This well-balanced classic Italian red wine is very popular; full-bodied with a ruby red color and powerful aromas. Full in the mouth when it is young, this wine definitely improves with age. Best aged for 6 months, so show some will-power and save a few bottles in the cellar. (40 grams of oak)
Merlot
Merlot has become one of the worlds most popular red wines. It is a grape variety, which is very much appreciated. This Merlot shows hints of many berries and will produce a rich, full-bodied and smooth wine. Merlot is a great wine that will evolve slightly quicker than other varieties. Merlot is great for everyday entertaining, but it also serves well for special occasions. Suggested aging for 6 months. (40 grams of oak)
Montepulciano
Montepulciano is one of the best red wines Italy has to offer. This wine is dark and rich in color, dry, tannic and deeply perfumed with excellent full-body. It has a robust bouquet, but let it age 7 months and watch it grow to become an irresistible wine that will become a definite favorite. Of course this Italian wine is best served with pairings from that country, but we are sure you will find one of your most mouth watering dishes to serve it with!
Pinot Noir
This grape produces a superbly balanced wine of excellent character. It is flavour and aroma hint of mixed berries, medium tannin and earthy notes. It is brilliant clear red in colour and medium dry. Most pleasant young but recommended aged 5 months. This medal wine should not just be saved for the old time red meats, it also serves well with poultry, try it for Thanksgiving dinner.
Vertueux Rouge
This smooth full-bodied French style wine is very versatile and can be ready to drink with minimal aging, developing a better texture and bouquet with age. This is another great wine that can be served with many different types of meat and cheese, but also a great everyday table wine! (40 grams)
Rouge Convivial
This bodied style wine offers a bouquet that marries the flavours of ripe raspberries and black cherries. Dry with light tannins, this wine is deep red colour shows glints of mahogany. Rouge Convivial requires some aging, we recommend 5 months. We have heard that this wine is excellent for Pizza nights!
Red Reserve
This Premium Red wine is a well-kept, proprietary secret blend of different grape varietals. Our winemakers stress how refreshing and pleasant this hidden treasure is, it is a must try for the discerning red wine drinker! Recommend 6 months of aging.
Red Zinfandel
Possibly one of our best reds, Zinfandel offers a most complete bouquet and aroma consisting of blackberry, cherry and earthy elements. It is dry, with a vibrant red colour. Excellent young, its full character develops quickly with age. Suggested 6 months of aging.
Valpolicella
These popular Italian style wines with a vibrant red colour offer a bouquet and flavour combination of subtle spice and fruit, with a light tannin background. This dry wine mellows with age. Serves well with nuts, dry fruits, spicy cheeses and cured meats.
VVDCR
This wine can be produced with a blend of as many as 13 grape varieties. It is created with varietals like in Syrah, Carignan, and Pinot Noir. The finished wine of this popular style is a dark red wine, hearty, with a spicy and powerful bouquet. Recommend aging 6 months. (40 grams of oak)

Australian Chardonnay
This charming wine gives thanks to its dry and full mouth feel, illustrious colour, low acidity, and delicate, exuberant aromas. Australian Chardonnays are well appreciated when young, but they are also age worthy wines. (20 grams of oak)
Chalizette
This is a very popular white wine style that is dry, light, and has an austere mouth-feel. It is an excellent everyday table wine that is best when served young.
Chardonnay
This classic white grape varietal is also known as Pinot Chardonnay. It is a subtle and ample wine with recognizable hints of lemon and pear aromas. It has good suppleness and great mouth-feel. Chardonnay is suitable for moderate oak aging. (20 grams of oak)
Chardonnay / Semillon
The blending of the Semillon and Chardonnay varietals is a most interesting skill. Thanks to the excellent marriage between these two grapes the outcome is smooth, herbaceous and shows slight acidity. When this harmonious blend is aged the wine will grow to be rich with intense flavors. (20 grams of oak)
Frascati
Traditionally produced in the north of Lake Albano, southeast of Rome, it is a golden white wine based on a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes. Growing in popularity, Frascati is a mellow wine which is smooth in the mouth. This excellent wine should be enjoyed young. Excellent with seafood and light cream sauces.
Gewurztraminer
This is a variety with particularly intense aromas of the old seedling (Traminer). Originating from the Pfalz region in Germany, this type of vine produces a strong and full bodied wine that is mellow, spicy and highly aromatic. (Gewürz means spice in German).
Liebfraumilch
Rheinhessen is the Liebfraumilchs native soil. Delicate perfumes and pleasant body are the main characteristics of this fruity and mellow wine. This is an excellent wine to be served with seafood and it is best to drink young. Piesporter Originating from the Moselle-Saare-Ruwer region, this wine is fruity and cleverly balanced with a bit of acidity that reminds us of citrus fruit aromas. Best served very cold. Riesling This is the classic German grape varietal. This subtle, fruity, and perfumed wine can stand up to any Chardonnay as one of the worlds best white wines. Slightly acidic, it is best served young. (20 grams of oak)
L Blanc
Produced with Chardonnay grapes, this wine has a perfume of tropical fruits. Like most good white wines, it is best served young with mild oak aging. (20 grams of oak)
Sauvignon Blanc
This aromatic white grape variety is widely cultivated in France, Italy, and California. This wine is fresh and rich in acidity; our suggestion is that it be consumed young. (20 grams of oak)
Verdicchio
The name is due to its yellow-greenish grape that is widely planted in Italy in the Macerata region. This crisp wine is pale, light bodied and a bit acidic. This is also a great wine for producing sparkling style wines. (20 grams of oak)

Rose
Pinot Grigio
Your local Italian friend may call this wine Pinot Grigio, but in France they call this excellent wine Pinot Gris! A tasteful, low acid wine with a slight rose hue, it is traditionally known that the best Pinot Grigio wines are produced in the northeast of Italy.
White Zinfandel
Unlike it is name, this wine is not white but has a slightly pink hue; lighter than the Zinfandel Blush. It has a fruity, floral bouquet. Perfect for casual drinking. Best chilled before serving. Zinfandel Blush This North American wine is a hit among folks who enjoy a slightly blush, fruity wine. This wine is absolutely best served well chilled.
